**RETURN & REPLACEMENTS**
We want every customer to feel confident to know that their item is brand new and safe and for this reason all sales are final. If a defect if found within 48 hours upon delivery you may return the item for an exact replacement only. Because we ship defective items back to the manufacturer the item must be unused and in original packaging.
**ORDERING**
When placing your order please verify that all information is correct or updated. We will not be responsible for any address errors which results in your item being retuned to us. You will be responisble for the additional cost to reship. You will receive order processing updates via email. Once you have submited your order it can not be changed.
**BACK ORDERS**
If a product is on backorder or there is a color of flavor of a product unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible via email or telephone.
